The raw material is presented as mattresses of constant thickness which are automatically drawn and cut in lamellas whose width is equal to the thickness of panel to be realized.
The following operations of rotation, staggering, following compaction of lamellas, lateral milling and final gluing give as final result a panel with constant mechanic resistance and desired lateral joint.
