Discontinuous presses for curved panels
The discontinuous presses can be realized with different curving radius, with automatic or manual closing.
The forming plates heating is made with hot water. The foam injection is realized with fixed mixing head in a closed mould. In case the plant is made with multiple presses connected to the same foaming machine, it is possible to select the press in action from the general operator desktop; the selection is made by means of pneumatically driven valves.
