Discontinuous presses for flat panels
The employs of sandwich panels are a lot:
- industrial roofs
- tile shaped roofs
- panels for cold stores
The foam injection can be made with closed mould or open mould, depending on the kind and dimensions of the panels to be made.
The press plates are made with welded steel, heated by hot water recirculation.
The presses can have one or more forming layers, and lenghts between 2 to 13 m. The press can be equipped with a mixing head carrying dolly for a multiple injection on a closed mould.
Otherwise injection can be done spraying the material on the bottom facing during the insertion of the supporting plate inside the press.
